So I must admit, I am not the biggest fan of cake. Give me the choice and I would take ice cream over cake any day. My one exception is toasted pound cake with some fresh fruit and whipped cream. It's just amazing! I don't know how to explain it, but when they all come together on one plate, it's magic.
