my new favorite dessert.

Ah, affogato.  Where have you been all my life?  Affogato combines some of my favorite things into the most perfect dessert of all time.  It has both gelato and espresso, aka all I need in life.  I had this one above at a restaurant recently and loved that it was topped with chocolate-covered coffee beans and biscotti.  The best part is that it was even more delicious than it looks.
